We are starting off the school year well and have some great events planned. We have made a tentative list of events, pending budgetary approval by the Student Bar Association:
- Big, fun party to raise funds for charity;
- JAG advocacy;
- Nights out on the town;
- Gates Award;
- Practice Profile lunches with practicing attorneys; and
- Panel discussion (topic to be decided).
This list is not exhaustive. We are also going to try to start a scholarship to fund a student who wants to spend a summer at an non-profit LGBT organization.
